What documents are needed to create the OTR?

 To create the OTR (One Time Registration) for Uttar Pradesh Home Guard, you need the following documents:

• Valid mobile number and email ID.
  
• Identity proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving Licence (any one for verification).
  
• Educational certificates: Class 10th (Matriculation) marksheet and certificate.
